I am still 10 rows away from beginning the lace edging of the Beach Shawl. I knit 10 rows Friday night and breathed a sigh of relief knowing that I was ready to begin the end. Only it turns out I did my math wrong and in reality need 10 more rows. Please tell me I am not the only one who does this.
Last night I pulled out the Beach Shawl and began to knit. I managed to work 5 rows and then sat back to admire my progress. What? How the hell did that happen? Damn!
Aliens attacked my knitting Somehow, my center stitch marker was moved over three (!) stitches. The last five rows I have just worked are all wrong. WTF? When all possibilities have been explored and there is only one explanation left, that explanation must be right. Aliens. Heavy sigh.
